What does your company transport?
Showroom Transport will transport just about
anything on wheels or tracks. Cars, trucks, atvs, rvs, motorcycles,
snowmobiles, trailers, heavy/farm/construction equipment.
Showroom Transport will also transport boats
or jetskis, but they must be on their own trailer!
Showroom Transport will also transport anything
that is palleted or not, but YOU must have a way to load/unload
our trucks if the item is not on wheels or tracks.
What do I need when I call to get
a quote?
You will need to know what you are shipping. You will need
to know the pickup and delivery location(city,state,and a
zipcode if at all possible). If you can get the dimensions
of the item you are shipping, it will help us to get a better
quote.
Length, Width, Height, and Weight are the
4 major components that we need for all non-standard vehicles.
If you are trying to ship a trailer of any sort, please also
find out what type of hitch it has; i.e. gooseneck, 5th wheel,
ball, etc...
Will the vehicles be insured while
in transit?
Your vehicle(s) will be insured against in-transit damage
caused by carrier negligence or equipment failure by transport
truck assigned to you.
What is the average time to pick up
vehicle?
We GUARANTEE we will pick your vehicle up
within 7 business days of its ready date(other plans available).
However, We can pick up a vehicle anywhere in the country
on average of 3 to 5 days. Transit time depends on the distance
your vehicle is travelling in the country.
Should I have my vehicle transported
in an enclosed carrier?
If your vehicle sits very low to the ground or is a freshly-restored
antique car, then it's a good idea. Basically, the difference
between open and enclosed is exposure to outside elements
and weather. (Maximum width of vehicle for enclosed is 7.5
ft)
Do you store cars at terminals or
depots?
No, we believe in door to door service only. We feel that
most of the problems and damages that happen to a vehicle
are from switching trucks and storing the car at a terminal
or depot.
Can I put my personal belongings in
the vehicle?
Showroom Transport does not authorize personal belongings
in the vehicle. Please understand that the items that you
put in your vehicle will not be available to you until the
vehicle is delivered. Please do not put items such as medicine,
presents, or any other item that is needed by a specific time.
If the truck is delayed, the items will not be available to
you until the vehicle is delivered. No more than 100 pounds
of soft goods such as pillows or blankets. Not only are auto
shipping and car transport companies not insured for household
goods, it is against the law to transport anything except
your vehicle. The auto shipping and car transport truck is
subject to inspection by the DOT and the Police at every state
line and can be fined up to $10,000 if found to be carrying
household goods. The car is subject to being impounded and
all fines and expenses will be passed along to the owner of
the car. Under NO circumstances can the car contain firearms,
hazardous materials, illegal substances, or contraband.
Please talk to the sales representative first before placing
personal items in vehicle.
Do you have a tracking system?
Yes, we will give you a load number, and you can call 24 hours
a day 7 days a week and talk to a representative. He/she will
then look up your load number on the computer and call the
drivers cell phone to get his whereabouts.
Do you have expedited service?
Yes, we can also price everything to be picked up within a
few days and delivered within a week after pickup time depending
on location. Please talk to a sales rep for any special needs.

We can arrange to pick up, transport and deliver vehicles
within the United States for local, state and federal government
departments and agencies. We are able to book orders to transport
fleet vehicles for branches of the state and federal government.
We can have emergency vehicles and vehicles for law enforcement
agencies transported to specific locations.

On-Time Deliveries. You can't
sell what you don't have! Showroom Transport knows that your
vehicles won't sell sitting at an auction waiting to be transported
or sitting on a truck for the weekend while a driver is vacationing.
The quicker we get your cars back to your lot, the quicker

of the drivers have ten to twenty years experience delivering
vehicles.

Terms and Conditions
DAMAGE CLAIMS AND TERMS
Showroom Transport provides you the convenience
and protection of handling your needs through a select network
of transporters across the US, each of whom has a history
of dependability and are fully licensed and properly insured.
Transporters who fail to meet our standards are not accepted
into the network and those who do not maintain them are quickly
removed. Therefore, problems or damage claims will be
minimal. In the event you would have a claim, it would
be the responsibility of the assigned transporter to file
it with their insurance carrier. However, we do ask
you to immediately advise us of any claim. Then, part
of our service to you is to facilitate the prompt and proper
handling of it and to do everything possible to obtain a rapid
settlement for you. Showroom Transport appreciates and

Customer is responsible for getting an
inspection sheet from the driver both at the pick up location
and delivery location. Customer must do a walk around inspection
with the driver at each locaton. Damage must be noted on the
inspection sheet that the driver provides at the delivery
locaton. In the event of damage, customer is to provide Showroom
Transport a copy of both inspection sheets from the pick up
location and the delivery location within 48 hours after receiving
vehicle at the delivery location.
*Hail storm or elemental (dirt, rock chips,
stray birds, etc..) damage is not insured. If you choose to prevent
this type of damage, you MUST request an enclosed carrier.
PICKUP AND DELIVERY
The transporter will get as close to the pickup
and delivery address as the driver is comfortable.
Pickup and delivery times are based on good weather conditions,
we can not guarantee pickup or delivery times in bad weather. The
driver will use his/her best judgment when it comes to bad weather
conditions.
CANCELLATION / REFUNDS / LATE-DELIVERY TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
In the statements below, a business day is a
weekday, Monday through Friday. A U.S. government holiday is not considered a business day.
In order to cancel an order, the customer must
call 1-800-462-0038 and ask for customer service. The customer will
receive a 7-digit cancellation number
If the customer's vehicle/item has not been picked
up after 9 business days of the first available pickup date, the
customer is entitled to $15.00 a day up to 50% of the total cost
of their order starting with the 10th business day. Cash-back
claims must be filed within 48 hours of the time the vehicle was
picked up. You will receive a claim number by phone.
If the vehicle/item has not been picked up within
14 business days of the first available pickup date, the customer
may cancel and is entitled to a full refund of their deposit. This
will only apply if the customer cancels the order and the vehicle
has not yet been picked up. Once the vehicle has been picked up,
the customer may not cancel for a full refund.
If the customer's vehicle/item has not been delivered
after 14 business days from the time it was picked up, the
customer is entitled to $25.00 a day up to 50% of the total cost
of their order starting with the 15th business day. Cash-back
claims must be filed within 48 hours of the time the vehicle/item was
delivered. You will receive a claim number by phone.
If Showroom Transport sends a truck to pickup
your vehicle/item and it is NOT ready to go, or it is NOT as described,
there will be a non-refundable MINIMUM fee of $300. This includes,
but is not limited to: wrong dimensions(length, width, height, and
weight), vehicle does not run, when we were told it does, and the
vehicle NOT being ready when we were told it was by the pickup location
when we called in advance.
IMPORTANT: Once the customer places an
order; If the customer cancels that order before or within the guaranteed pickup window, the customer is entitled to a refund minus a $175.00 service charge (or 10% of the total cost,
whichever is greater) per vehicle.
CANVAS COVERS/SHRINK WRAP (on Boats and Jet
skis)
Canvas covers must be removed as they will tear or fly off during
transport. Canvas covers tend to flap in the wind, damaging the
boat. If they are not removed, the carrier cannot be responsible
for damages.
If shrink wrapped, and the shrink wrap becomes un-repairable, it
will be removed to avoid damage from the shrink wrap beating against
the boat. The carrier will not be held responsible.
Please make sure that your boat is secured properly to the trailer.
Extra straps, etc...
Showroom Transport can not be held accountable for damages
caused by the trailer if the boat is not properly secured to trailer.

TOWING OF TRAILERS (and boats/jet skis on trailers)
Customer is responsible for any repair costs associated with transport
of trailers; tires, lights, bearings, storage fees, etc.
Showroom Transport can not be held accountable for any damages
associated with tire blowouts, bearing seizure, etc.
Showroom Transport can not be held accountable if trailer or boat detoriates due to old age, previous water damage or manufacture defects of an item we are shipping. This is rare yet may happen due to wind or road conditions.
Showroom Transport can not be held acccountable for any personal items left inside a vehicle, boat, or trailer.
